Creamy Base
  • 1 cup fresh cream or whipped cream
  • ½ cup yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons condensed milk optional, makes it sweeter
Flavorings & Spices
  • 2 tablespoons sugar or honey
  • 1 teaspoon chaat masala
  • ½ teaspoon black salt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Optional Add-ons
  • Chopped nuts like almonds, cashews, or walnuts
  • Raisins or dates
  • Jelly cubes

Method
 

Wash fruits
  1. Wash all fruits well.
  2. Peel bananas, papaya, and mango.
Cut fruits
  1. Slice bananas.
  2. Dice apples.
  3. Cut grapes in half.
  4. Cube mango and papaya.
  5. Collect all fruits in a big bowl.
Make creamy mix
  1. In another bowl, add cream, yogurt, and condensed milk.
  2. Mix well until smooth.
Add flavor
  1. Put sugar or honey, chaat masala, black salt, and lemon juice in the creamy mix.
  2. Stir gently.
Combine
  1. Add all cut fruits into the creamy mix.
  2. Mix slowly so fruits do not break.
Chill
