  • 2 cups fresh spinach or kale
  • 1 medium cucumber peeled and chopped
  • 1 green apple chopped
  • ½ cup pineapple fresh or frozen
  • ½ banana optional, for sweetness
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger grated
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds or flax seeds
  • 2 cups water or coconut water
  • Ice cubes optional

Method
 

Step 1: Wash and Cut Ingredients
  1. Wash spinach, cucumber, apple, and pineapple. Peel cucumber, chop apple, and cut pineapple into small pieces.
Step 2: Add Liquid First
  1. Pour water or coconut water into the blender.
Step 3: Add Fruits and Greens
  1. Put spinach, cucumber, apple, pineapple, banana, lemon juice, ginger, and chia seeds into the blender.
Step 4: Blend Until Smooth
  1. Blend on high speed for 1–2 minutes until the smoothie is creamy and smooth.
Step 5: Make It Chilled (Optional)
  1. Add ice cubes if you want a cold drink.
