Step 1: Wash and Cut Ingredients
- Wash spinach, cucumber, apple, and pineapple. Peel cucumber, chop apple, and cut pineapple into small pieces.
Step 2: Add Liquid First
- Pour water or coconut water into the blender.
Step 3: Add Fruits and Greens
- Put spinach, cucumber, apple, pineapple, banana, lemon juice, ginger, and chia seeds into the blender.
Step 4: Blend Until Smooth
- Blend on high speed for 1–2 minutes until the smoothie is creamy and smooth.
Step 5: Make It Chilled (Optional)
- Add ice cubes if you want a cold drink.
Notes
- For low sugar, skip the banana and add more cucumber.
- For a high-protein version, add Greek yogurt or protein powder.
- Use frozen fruits if you want a thick and cold smoothie.
- Drink it fresh in the morning for the best results.
- Store in a glass jar with a lid in the fridge for up to 24 hours, but fresh tastes better.
- Always wash fruits and greens well before blending.
